Pinze Freno Racing

TAROX ha progettato e sviluppato pinze freno per soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza nel campo delle competizioni. Per scegliere al meglio la pinza freno occorre tenere presente alcuni fattori elencati qui di seguito

 

COMPONENTI PRINCIPALI

Spessore e fascia frenante del disco freno
Dischi freno possono avere spessori diversi. E’ quindi importante comunicare la misura dello spessore
del disco all’ ufficio tecnico.
TAROX che provvedera’ a fornire le pinza dal gap corretto.
Per ciascuna pinza e’ viene indicata il tipo di fascia frenante piu’ appropriato e nello scegliere la pinza e’
consigliarsi attenersi a tali parametri per ottenere un consumo uniforme su tutta la fascia frenante.

Numero di Pistoni
In linea di principio maggiore e’ il numero di pistoni, migliori le prestazioni.
Quindi a parita’ di pinza freno e’ meglio scegliere quella con il maggior numero di pistoni a meno che vi siano delle disposizioni regolamentari che ne limitino il numero.

Dimensione dei pistoni
Per ciascuna pinza freno TAROX sono disponibili pistoni di diametro diverso. In caso di dubbio il nostro ufficio tecnico puo’ consigliarvi la migliore soluzione tecnica per la vostra vettura sulla base
delle dimensioni della pompa maestra.

Servo Freno
Se permesso dal Regolamento Tecnico si consiglia sempre di mantenere il servo freno in quanto
riduce lo sforzo di frenata del pilota.

Manutenzione delle pinze freno
Le Pinze freno prevedono kit di riparazioni comprendenti pistoni gia’ dotati di o-ring, viti di spurgo e dei tubi
rigidi sagomati che possono essere richiesti al rivenditore TAROX piu’ vicino o attraverso il modulo
nell‘area contatti specificando il modello di pinza e il diametro dei pistoni.
Nel casi in cui si debba procedere allo smontaggio e la revisione della pinza, si raccomanda che tale
operazione sia compiuta da tecnici di provata capacita’ ed esperienza
